Cancellation Policy

MNHStrategy – Services Booking & Payment Policy Booking & Payment All consultations and services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received. Refund Policy All fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if a session is canceled by MNHStrategy due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that MNHStrategy determines we are unable to assist the client with content organization, strategic clarity, or measurable growth outcomes, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion after the session has been completed. Cancellations & Rescheduling Reasonable accommodations will be made to reschedule missed appointments, subject to availability. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled session will be required to reschedule. Late arrivals may forfeit their session and may not be eligible for a refund if we are unable to accommodate a new time. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and may not be eligible for rescheduling.
